National lockdown: stay at home    gov.uk/coronavirus

You must stay at home. This is the single most important action we can all take to protect the NHS and save lives.

You must not leave your home unless necessary.

Stay 2 metres apart from anyone not in your household or your support bubble.

Customer Information - What you need to do (gov.uk) January 2021

Stay at home - Essential Travel Only

Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (where this absolutely cannot be done from home. If you are a keyworker)

Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people

Wash your hands as soon as you get home

Please wear a face mask if you are able to do so

We will limit the number of patients and customers allowed in our branches at one time.

We will have a queuing system in place outside our pharmacies, please queue at a minimum safe distance of 2 metres apart. We have put purchase limits on a certain number of products that customers can buy to ensure there is enough supply for everyone.

Please pay by contactless cards at the till where possible. This will help to minimise interactions and contact between people.

Some of our pharmacies will be closing their doors to the public during lunch and earlier at closing at the end of the day.

This is to allow the staff some time to catch up process outstanding prescriptions and cleaning tasks.

Please help us to support the communities we serve.

Thank you to all our customers for your patience and understanding.

If you have symptoms and need medical advice, please contact your GP by phone

If it is a medical emergency and you need to call an ambulance, dial 999 and inform the operator that you have symptoms of COVID-19

To protect yourself and others do not go to the Pharmacy
